Very helpful and understanding staff. I recommend.

Hotel itself was beautiful. The room was comfortable and clean.
Unfortunately we came at a time that the workers are actively on strike. Sadly the pool was closed because of the strike and it took about 10 min or so to enter the property each time.
The bed was comfortable and pillows were perfect. The bathroom sink was very slow to drain.
Overall it was lovely but the company needs to pay their employees what they deserve. It would have made the stay much more enjoyable.

Unfortunately there was a strike & we waited 40 minutes confused & frustrated trying to check in & had difficulty finding the entrance & parking information & after leaving the hotel & returning several hours later going through the same thing.
The reception staff, our room & casino were great! It was also a good rate!
