Phool Mahal Palace hotel is a sparkling gem beside a lake. You won’t believe how quaint it is. Comfortable beds and all the amenities, though Wifi is a little weak. Breakfast is great, as are the other meals. Staff is super nice.
The old city next to the hotel is a fascinating place to wander. Really friendly locals and cool ancient architecture.

If the Phool had a pool, I’d have given the facilities 5 stars. 🤗 It’s a lovely, relaxing place to rest and unwind after days of sightseeing around Rajasthan, but don’t skip seeing the adjoining fort! Staff are attentive, courteous, and so helpful. I’ll stay here again, as I spend several months in India every year.

The hotel is suitable for group stays and has a very good location. It is a heritage property situated by a lake, but the hotel requires better maintenance. The lake area beside the hotel has garbage, which negatively impacts the overall experience.
We arrived at the hotel around 2:00 PM and requested lunch, but lunch was not provided. Instead, the hotel arranged grilled sandwiches and tea. The buffet breakfast was very limited and not tasty.
The hotel staff is not well trained and lacks professionalism. There is no proper uniform for the staff, and overall staff training is required to improve service quality.
