    Hotel room was great, the area however is probably not worth staying in. Nothing around it to do or see, we stayed after doing the ha giang loop and it was a great hotel to just relax in but I’d probably recommend just getting straight on a sleeper bus to your next destination. The WiFi had also stopped working in the hotel so we couldn’t use our phones or watch the tele as it was a smart tv. The breakfast wasn’t great either but the rooms and bathrooms were excellent along with the staff

    All was good except the fact nobody was at the reception for 1 hour after we entered the hotel. On this front they can improve, rest everything was upto the mark

    We needed a place to freshen up after several hours on a sleeper bus. The room was exactly what we needed - amenities were complete; the room was spacious and clean; soft beds too. The only setback was no staff at the reception when we arrived. We booked the room for day use from 6AM to 12NN. We arrived shortly after 6AM. It would have been really great if someone was there to receive us at a time when we were so tired and sleepy. Still a good place to stay with an area for improvement.

    Mattress was small ,no ac working ,no kettle in room ,not even basic amenities and even staff came and didn't help
