    Pros: Location was good, near to the train station. 15-20 minute walk to the Temple. Room was of good size and space. Good south indian breakfast. Cons: Booked this hotel for the high reviews in Google (4+). For the price and good reviews, seemed to be a bargain. Disappointed when we got there, general upkeep and cleanliness of the building was not great. Room was tidy but can do a bit more on cleanliness, a lot of dust in lamps and tv.

    No hot water nor an exhaust in the toilet. Room was not ready when we wanted to check in around 05.30 p. m. on 17th sept 26. Instead we were provided with an alternative room, which was not up to the mark and with stains on the wall. We were not getting a comfortable feeling staying in the room. At the time of check out the reception staff kept giving lame excuses and was close to confronting when we informed about the non availability of hot water. Property is in a prime location but it needs improvement staff wise and also the interior of the rooms and amenities need to be improved.

    We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, the service was satisfactory, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They also gave us great suggestions for exploring Thanjavur, which made our trip more enjoyable. A wonderful place to stay with family. Highly recommended!
