Staff was friendly and helped with luggage, there’s pool access and it’s not too far from the main ferry station and there is a beach close by. There are some angry monkeys near the entrance sometimes but other than that great stay

Enjoyed our stay. Hotel provided nice breakfast and transport of luggage up to pier whilst checked out.

The room was spacious and comfortable overall. However, our experience was affected by noise issues. One night around 3am, the guests in the next room were arguing loudly, which made it impossible for us to sleep. I even had to open the door and shout “Quiet!” They stopped for a short while but started again, and the noise continued until after 4am. It was really frustrating. There was also some noise from the nearby clubs, and the music could still be heard faintly from outside. Other than the noise problem, everything else was fine. Management should improve noise control to ensure guests can rest properly.

Mouldy smelling rooms, dirty and in need of a serious upgrade. The pool was broken so could not use it. A constant sound of a water pump all night making it very hard to sleep with noise.
