The hotel and pools are very nice, and the beauty treatments were excellent. However, there are several areas that need improvement. For basic services, such as room cleaning, extra towels, or toilet paper, we had to request them every time instead of them being provided automatically. When items were out of stock, they were often not replenished, which limited the dining options. Another disappointing experience was seeing staff sleeping in the shop during the afternoon. They seemed unhappy or annoyed when customers came in to buy something. The resort is new and has great potential, but it feels as though some areas have not been fully completed or are already being neglected. With better maintenance, improved customer service, and more attention to guests’ needs, it could provide a much better experience. We extended our stay at the hotel, and travelling with a 3-year-old child is already difficult. We added breakfast to our booking, and when we first used it, we were advised that the breakfast was a buffet, with one dish per person and one coffee or tea per person. For anything else, we would have to pay extra. Of course, the additional charges were added to our bill. The more expensive dishes were included, while the cheapest options, such as French fries for 30K VND, were considered part of the deal. After five days out of our seven-day stay, (Sunday)we were rudely informed that we had used our breakfast vouchers because our child was not included. On Saturday and Sunday, a buffet was offered instead. After discussing all Sunday everything via WhatsApp, they offered us seven vouchers to use on the last day. We said that we did not want to return to that restaurant anymore. Even after we showed our Australian passports, they continued to call us Russian and presented us with Russian translations. The service was rude, and we felt that we were treated this way simply because I have an Eastern European appearance. At any time during the week, we requested several times to have the bed linen changed. Our room was properly cleaned only once during our 10-day stay, and this was after two days of requesting it. The manager took photos of the room. However, the bathroom and the room floor were never cleaned. Toilet paper seemed to be treated like a treasure and was not replaced. We had to remind the staff about it several times, and eventually we bought our own toilet paper from a shop. At the end of our stay, I requested to discuss all of these issues with a member of the hotel management who speaks English. This request was ignored. This hotel has 4 to 6 different names, which makes it difficult to get an accurate rating and allows for price manipulation across different travel apps. This makes the hotel seem less legitimate.
