    I honestly didn't expect to pay *** per night and end up with a bedroom that felt like a hostel. The mattress was an old spring mattress that had completely sagged in the middle, and the pillows felt like they had been used for 20 years, with almost no filling left. I couldn't sleep comfortably during my entire 5-night stay. What surprised me even more was that the bed sheets were never changed during those five nights. The room wasn't vacuumed, and the bathroom wasn't cleaned either. Housekeeping only emptied the trash. When I asked the reception, they told me that no matter how many nights you stay, they do not change the bed linens. I was genuinely shocked. The food was decent, and some staff members were friendly and helpful. However, many others were unfriendly and provided poor service. The only real advantage of this hotel is its location, as it's close to the ski lifts. Other than that, I don't think it's worth the price at all.
