    Was in Birmingham for a concert at the O2 Academy and this hotel was very close to the venue. Definitely recommend.

    Ended up staying 3 nights. No complaints apart from coffee machine out of order in restaurant so at breakfast you had to get one from elsewhere. Apart from that clean quiet great location staff very pleasant.

    I paid a total of £28 for parking, for the 2 days we were there!! For that reason I wouldn't stay at penta hotel again!!! A hotel should provide parking
