    I stayed at this hotel apartment for two nights with my sister, and I will be checking out today. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. I checked in late in the afternoon, yet the staff insisted on a strict 12 PM checkout. Yesterday, while I was at work and unable to return, I was repeatedly pressured to check out at noon, which left me no choice but to pay for an extra night. Even after paying for the second night, they again demanded a 12 PM checkout today unless I paid a half‑day rate to stay until the evening. This is not a proper 24‑hour stay and shows no flexibility or consideration for guests. Cleanliness was also below standard. The carpets were dirty, the bed did not feel clean, and even after paying for the second night, the bedsheets, towels, and room amenities were not changed. Only two small water bottles were provided on the first day, and my request for additional water was ignored. Communication from the management team was unprofessional and dismissive. They were not listening, their tone was disrespectful, and their focus was entirely on enforcing charges rather than providing hospitality or basic guest support. Overall, this stay fell far below acceptable standards in service, cleanliness, and customer care. I would not recommend this property.

    Nobody was present at front desk when we arrived. No access to get to thr front desk,waited outside property for a while. Unclear information regarding security deposit of 500aed. This information was not on Agoda or on the form that we filles out. Management was the worst. My 1 star rating would be due to poor management skills by a manager who refused to hear his guest and spoke on top of them regarding them as worthless. Bed is extremely hard ,water heater was not switch on and we had to wait 1 hour to use shower. Lots of construction around this area. Would highly NOT RECOMMEND
