    Suitable if looking for a safe place to stay as a female traveller. Staff were super hepful in every way. Room was quiet and well ventilated.

    Absolutely loved staying here for 5 nights in private room! Location is brilliant for all major attractions and yet its so quiet and relaxed but the best thing is the staff who are just a joy!!

    I stay in the private room. The room is old but clean and enough space for two people. I stay on the ground floor with good security camera and the facility felt safe. I love that it has an open natural sun light outside the room with a nice clean walk-way to each room. One thing they really need to improve is to have a 24 hours staff at the front desk who speaks good English. When I checked-in, I met this one young girl working at the front desk. I think her name is Mia (not sure exactly). She's very good with English but she only work at the front desk very short time. Most of the time, NO ONE at the front desk at all. Other staff speaks and understand NO English which was very unhelpful when you have questions or need help with something. This hostel is hidden away from the main street, it is hard to find but once you found it, it is good location which is only five minutes walk to the main street and 15 or 20 minutes walk to all the shopping mall/plaza and many restaurants. I do recommend this place. Overall, it was a NICE, CLEAN, QUITE IT and SAFE place to stay.
