The room had shower issues. No force of water. Not hot water for shower. Called the reception desk. Problem was not resolved. Ms. Maria was excellent. Also very nice breakfast and staff was excellent in breakfast as well as bar. Beautiful views of Hotel.

We stayed one night in Santorini before heading off to other islands. The Pegasus was good priced for a Junior Suite and the hotel itself was situated on the mountainside offering great views. The only drawback was that it was slightly away from Oia and Fira (if nightlife is what you are looking for). For us, it was perfect as the place was quiet and clean, no frills and great value as we spent the entire day out and about.

Love this hotel, spectacular view. Staffs were helpful and friendly. Breakfast had different varieties every morning. Very quiet and relax location.
