    My host said I should book here - it is an old hotel. While the food was okay - coffee was good, but I was not able to sleep despite the firm bed. The hallway was dark, the room felt weird when I turned off the lights. The staff were polite - but looked like they were interns as they could not address my needs (I had to go to housekeeping to get my own towel)... I asked the front desk to call MAGNUM van express 0- but the front desk clerk only gave me the number instead of calling for me since I do not know how to speak Bisayan.

    STAFF ARE NOT ACCOMMODATING, FROM GUARD AND RECEPTIONIST DOWN TO HOUSEKEEPING. IT FEELS THAT WE ARE NOT WELCOME KASI GALING KAMI NG MANILA. TITINGNAN KA LANG NILA KAHIT NGUMITI KA. FOOD - NO OTHER OPTION THOUGH I UNDERSTAND NA PER PLATE LNG SYA. ROOM - OK SYA FOR THE PRICE EXCEPT SA CR. SOBRANG LUMA NA. MADUMI ANDNEED NA E RENOVATE. NO COMPLIMENTARY WATER UNLIKE SA IBANG HOTEL. POOL - CLOSE SO DI NAGAMIT USELESS LANG. OK ANG LOCATION KSI WALKING DISTANCE SA SM CITY, SA AYALA CENTRO MALL AND SA LIMKETKAI MALL.
