For me it would be more beneficial to not promote this hotel as it's fully booked most of the time and doesn't need to be advertised much. I will go there for sure again and again...and again.
I love the location as it's inside a nice park with amazing trees ( like some north American tulip trees which are rare this size and age) Aarsee is close so perfect for running and swimming in summer. They have sauna and pool which is open for a long time. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. The breakfast lady almost makes you suspect some drugs in the coffee as she is so kind and loving so early in the morning.
Although it's quite an old hotel with old facilities it's sparkling clean and well maintained which just makes it a nice retro hotel with its own charm.
If you have a car they don't make you pay extra for parking even tho the rooms are already really fair priced.
For me I'd consider this a perfect hotel especially because it's not in the city center and especially because it's not new and fancy pants like many "IKEA-style-and-shit-service-all-you-pay-extra-hotels" I see a lot lately. It has character and as far as I know it's a family owned business which makes me choose this hundred times over any other hotel available.
