    The room and lobby is so nice. Accessible for food. But we faced problem upon check in. We did booking for 2 rooms under my name, i had deal with 2 staffs at that time. The first staff upon checking said only 1 room available because the system is down. So we (2families) have to share deluxe room and have to pay extra bed while i did pay online for 2 rooms already. Not to say, the refund process is so hard to handle. Luckily in the evening i did approach staff at the counter but this time is the second different staff. I reconfirmed back to her regarding the refund process but then she double checked in the system that actually i do have 2 rooms under my name. And only by that night i checked in into another room. That day was such as mess, might wasting our time, and a bit wasting money when i did pay for extra bed just to share one room. Need improvement regarding staff skills lacking handling such problem.

    the location is convenient w walkability and nearby to get around and to find essential. Friendly staff. However, the cleanliness affected overall comfort and value. But still good sleep
