    I booked this hotel expecting a good experience because it is associated with the Radisson brand, but unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. The room was very small, around 10×10 feet, and basic amenities were missing. There were no toiletries provided and even slippers were not available in the room. The worst experience happened at night when my friend suddenly developed a fever. The hotel website mentions “doctor on call,” so I contacted the hotel staff expecting medical assistance. However, I was told that no doctor was available. To make matters worse, even basic first-aid support was not available. For a hotel of this brand and standard, this level of service is highly disappointing. I expected much better facilities, especially in an emergency situation. Overall, a very disappointing experience and definitely not what I expected from a Radisson-associated hotel.

    The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was polite and helpful, and the food was delicious. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.
