Good Place, great location

I recently stayed at Park Central, Kochi, for two days during my business trip, and the overall experience was very pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to major business areas and transport facilities, making it ideal for corporate travelers. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were courteous and professional throughout my stay. The room was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, with all essential amenities including work desk, and a good in-room dining menu — perfect for business travel needs. The breakfast buffet offered a good mix of South Indian and continental options, and the restaurant service was efficient. I also appreciated the prompt housekeeping and quick response from the front desk for any requests. Overall, the stay was comfortable and hassle-free, allowing me to focus on my work commitments. I would definitely recommend Park Central to business travelers visiting Kochi for its convenience, service quality, and professionalism.

Neat and clean but it is an old property with amenities. Food and services are superb. A very comfortable place in the middle of the city. A good place and pocket friendly.

I happened to stay here for few days accidentally due to the unavailability of my regular name brand hotels. To my surprise, the place was very clean and in the heart of Ernakulam city. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. The buffet had reasonable options to break the long night fasting in the morning. They also had a nice bar and close proximity to some good fast food restaurants. They accommodated my urgent request to deliver the laundry in few hours. All I have is good things to talk about this hotel. All these came up with a small fraction of charge that I used to pay in Holiday Inn or Marriott. If you have not tried this hotel yet, I would highly recommend to do so. You will not be disappointed!!!
