    The check in time is after 4pm. We checked in about 5ish and headed to the pool since my daughter really wanted to get in the pool at the hotel, unfortunately the pool closes at 6pm. The pool hours is 9-6pm, you kidding me. You won’t let us check in after 4 then the pool closes at 6. Then we have to check out at 11am… so we flew all the way from Michigan to get in Paris hotel for just sleep, no swimming, no fun for my daughter. It was terrible experience

    I traveled to Paris Las Vegas with my son, and overall we had a pleasant stay, though there were several issues that should not occur at a resort of this caliber. The location is excellent and one of the hotel’s greatest strengths. It is right on the Strip and within easy walking distance of many attractions. Most of the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful, although a few employees were less welcoming. The resort is well maintained and clean, but I felt it could offer a greater variety of amenities and services. Unfortunately, there were several aspects of our stay that were disappointing. First, I do not agree with the mandatory resort fee. Guests should at least have the option to decline it if they do not intend to use the included amenities. Second, charging hotel guests for parking is difficult to justify. Overnight guests who have already paid for their accommodations should receive complimentary parking. Housekeeping was another major disappointment. On the third day of our stay, no one came to clean our room. Later that afternoon, I spoke with a housekeeping employee, who contacted her supervisor. We were assured that both our room and our neighbors’ room would be cleaned that evening. However, when we returned later that night, neither room had been serviced. The checkout experience was equally frustrating. Even after paying for parking, the exit gate would not open. I spent more than 12 frustrating minutes waiting at the gate trying to get assistance from staff. With a long line of cars behind me and no timely help available, I eventually had to pay an additional $20 simply to exit the parking garage. These are operational issues that should not happen at a resort with the reputation and standards of Paris Las Vegas.
