this motel is basic, very basic but for me it was comfortable, and clean. Karen was very, very helpful. this is not the Hyatt Regency, but I slept good.

The location is great, just steps to the beach. Make sure you select studio with the star by the number since is bigger and way more confortable. The ONLY inconvenience was the very poor customer service by the staff at the check in. Specially a young male who was very rude, disrespectful, and kind of violent. He ignored my claim about the room stove not workig and told me there was nothing he could do about it and that I had to wait until next morning. I told him they should inspect the room before customers arrive. That I pide for a room 100% funcional. I sugested him to change rooms and he said not possible. He started to yell at me, made unacceptable gestures with his handswas, and he even threaten me on calling the ploice. It was not until I got very upset that the other female staff accepted my sugestion saying she will help us. He refused to give me his name and he did not have an identification batch. Next morning I personally talked to the Supervisor and gave a complain. He nicely apoligized and told me he will check cameras.

Cold water only in the shower, ac not clean and making so much noise, lizard on the pillow at our arrival… even if its cheap, you really don’t feel at home so I can’t suggest the place
