recommending the hotel because the service is deficient, the attention is not adequate, you must pay for Valet services, room cleaning, etc. and even so it does not guarantee that they will do it. You order ice from the room and it takes more than 40 minutes to deliver. They do not do daily cleaning and the waitresses on the beach do not have due attention. The beach has many tents in front so the view is hindered.
It’s not a hotel to rest. There’s a lot of noise

Fui a un concierto en el Forum y aproveché para mis vacaciones, encontré que después de Otis hay infraestructura que no se ha arreglado Pero están en ello, en cuanto a las habitaciones no dudes, estarás cómodo o cómoda, la limpieza es buena y la atención del personal fue amena.

Esperaba una limpieza impecable pero la cama tenia basura negra entre las sabanas y cabellos largos que no eran de nosotros. Tardaron medio día para cambiarnos de habitación y la verdad es que me decepcionó muchísimo.
