    Extremely disappointing and misleading experience at Padmini Resort, Tinsukia. I booked a room online based on the photos shown on the booking platform, but after arrival, we were given a completely different room that did not match the pictures at all. The room quality, size, and overall condition were far below what was advertised. What made it worse was the response from the front office. The staff member said he did not know about the hotel’s online booking policy and casually mentioned that the owner is aware of this situation. This clearly shows a lack of professionalism and accountability. Guests trust the images and details shown online while booking. Providing a different room and then giving such responses is unacceptable. This felt like false representation just to attract bookings. This experience completely ruined our stay. I would not recommend this place to anyone who is booking based on online photos.
