    Literally no one works the front desk it's a kiosk with a zoom call you can barely hear through they had my reservation confused gave me the wrong room and then charged me for the room I originally booked. The rooms or some of the smallest rooms I've ever been in I had to squeeze sideways past a bed just to get to the bathroom. Plus there is a lot of druggies around the hotel with no one there to shoe them away
