Where do I start....nothing advertised here was available, no staff on site, no family room available, no bar open. Rooms were dirty, our shower wasn't working so had to use a shared shower despite booking a room with ensuite, the shower in our room was dirty and had hairs in there so obviously hadn't been cleaned in a while. WiFi was non existent I tested the speeds and came back as 0.5 maps, couldn't even load emails. Wet towels provided in room, 2 sockets in our bedroom were temperamental had to hold the plug in a certain position for them to work, definitely not safe. Tried to contact the manager a number of times to discus this but never answered the phone.
Location was good right in the middle of the busy north pier with sealife, blackpool tower, winter gardens all within a 5 minute walk, that was the only thing positive about the hotel.
Will definitely not book here again.
Side note. The photos do not potray the true look of the hotel, alot of the photos are from the previous owners and not the current owners, the hotels scores highly due to the high ratings the previous owners had achieved, I'd ignore those reviews due to it being a totally different scenario now.

Stayed with friends. Our room was ok but they didnt have a working shower, some sockets didnt work and the manager was not on site so we couldnt access the bar. wi fi was also very weak. Location was good and close to the tower, but the room needed a bit of TLC. Very cheap so cant complain too much!

Cons: Room was dirty. Rubbish from last resident still in room. Blood stains on sheets and towels looked unclean. Wallpaper had tears in it. We only noticed dirty bed until we had got in at midnight so didn’t want to complain at that time so we just use our own towel to put over.
Problem with agora booking: The owner tried to get us to pay again twice saying that he didn’t have our reservation so beware if booking through Agoda as he said they don’t deal with agoda. I had to spend half an hour on the phone to get this sorted.
Pros: manager was pleasant. Had a cooked breakfast which was nice. Close to tower. Pretty quiet hotel no stag dos ect.
