    Hindi ako normally nagbibigay ng reviews mga hotels where I stayed at, but for this one, I feel like I had to. The room that I was checked into had a mice. Not just once but twice so idk if isa lang cia or may infestation na cla. So I had to inform them about it. The frontdesk people were polite but it took them more than 24hrs bago nila ako nailipat ng room which I have to understand But then when they transferred me to another room, the water heater isn’t working with busted bathroom light, and the bathtub, cracked na mga sides. So I had to talk to the lady from the frontdesk again and told her if she’s the guest and be given the same room, she wouldn’t like it either. I politely ask her to please check first if everything is working good muna. So I was transferred again to my 3rd room which according them they upgraded it na. It just sucks coz I booked for a 11-day stay and recovering from surgery. Oh, on top of this, isang elevator lang madalas gumana out of 3 so pati pag akyat baba magkaka anxiety. These are all based on my experience.

    Everything was great aside from the old TV that doesn’t have anything on it. Good thing kuya housekeeping was able to find a TV that can read USB. It’s that old. But okay. İf you guys can splurge get the presidential suite. All lights are warm lights. So cozy, they have balcony and ash tray even for smoking guests! So happy I just told staff I’ll have number of guests and they created a long table! So nice.

    Stayed on 9th floor for 3 nights. Room was comfortable, large, with a small balcony. But no TV or hot water, and wifi had intermittent web connection.

    As a solo traveler, safety and location are my top priorities, and this hotel delivered on both. Check-in was smooth, and the staff immediately made me feel welcome and secure. The room was cozy, clean, and had excellent Wi-Fi for planning my daily itineraries. I loved being able to walk to nearby dining spots without needing expensive cabs. It is an excellent, hassle-free base camp for anyone exploring the city alone on a budget.
