We stayed only one night there and it was convenient as it was 3 minutes walk from the port. The staff was very helpful at the check in, I asked for a ln extra bed and it was no problem. However at the check out the guy was busy in the phone for 15 minutes and there was a queue of people in front of him, he seemed not to notice the fact.
