We booked for the wrong date and wanted to move check-in to one day later. After ignoring us in WhatsApp we got ahold of them through email and they essentially told us to kick rocks. So we had to book it ourselves for a day later and even after talking in person the owners refused to refund us for the unused day. Greedy and bad business. 5k baht down the drain

Fantastic location and the staff were super helpful with organising tours and anything else we needed. Gluten free options are available at the restaurant, although not the tastiest food, still decent. No wifi in rooms but it’s the middle of the jungle so to be expected, they do have wifi at reception and the restaurant/bar!

Stay here if you're looking for an immersive jungle experience. Great property, very helpful staff, beautiful grounds to walk around. Great fun for kids. Unlike anywhere else I've stayed. Highly recommended (bring bug spray).

It’s unique being in “the jungle” with birds, monkeys, & bugs. But they charge way too much for what you get compared to other parts of Thailand/ SE Asia. So it is cool & unique but it’s not quite what you’re thinking it’ll be prior to booking. You’re an hour from the lake. Any night safari is kinda lame- you’ll see snakes & insects for sure. Idk… a lot of the activities/ tours sound exciting until you’re in them & you get the typical tourists tour. It really is an expectation vs reality kind of booking. Sorry if this was negative but maybe it’ll assist your travel plans to stretch your dollar more efficiently
