I stayed at Oshom Hotel Nuanu especially to attend a business event in Nuanu City. The hotel is newly opened but you’d never think this running extremely well. The staff were accommodating and the amenities next level. I was upgraded to an Ocean view room which was directly over looking the beach front & glorious bath tub larger in size. I also saw a Treehouse room which are just as beautiful set back away in the garden jungle on stilts darker moody & very romantic little quieter too.
Restaurant breakfast & food was amazing.
Hotel is set inside Nuanu City so access to all Nuanu facilities are within reach or by complementary hotel buggie.
Allow 2hr journey airport door to door. Or better still fly by chopper!!

We stay 2 nites and when we arrived we have to park so far from the entrance because the hotel parking lot same with nuanu guests . We know that we have to use the buggy to go to hotel its not that we complain we complain about the parking space in the nuanu for hotel guests !!! we already complain about this as the hotel should have their own parking space even only few so the hotel’s guess should easily parked their car. But they just said they cant do anything because the parking is not manage by oshom .. isn’t its worst right ?????? The second day its getting worst its friday and after we back from our lunch we cant get any park inside nuanu carpark so we have to parked our car outside nuanu carpark which is quiet far and the security inform ask to move the car at midnight because the carpark will be empty. Its never happen in any hotel in bali or maybe in the world a hotel guest have to move the car by midnite . We already complain about this and they only said will talk to the hotel management and they cant do anything about it. And 1 of my room on the first nites all the lights cant be switch off but after i complain they fix it and it work on the second nites . For a new hotel its very dirty . And 2 room we stay both many bug even on the bed . So at night we have to cleaned the bed so no bug on the bed. Wes stay in tree house type of room in other hotel which stil clean . The only good thing is the hotel staff . The are very nice but the parking is worst and the security in the cae park should be more polite as we are paid guests .so when we asked nicely please answer it nicely not shouting . Its really2 ruin our holiday mood as we been in bali so many times and never received such a bad experience. Please stay away from this hotel is so not worth it at all
