    I just took 5 days stay best hotel, everything is nearby like seven11 and indian restaurant, medical shop, if your indian I prefer this hotel

    This is one of the worst places I've ever been in Pattaya. There is basically zero service, once you have the room you're basically abandoned. When I arrived in the evening,  I requested clothes hangers cause my room only had 3, I was told by this 80 year old man at front desk there was no housekeeping so I had to put up without.  I've been in much cheaper places with 24h housekeeping. I requested again to the same man in the morning but didn't register, like talking to the wall. Had to look for the house keepers much later on. The air conditioned was not ready, I had to spend a very long time searching for the code to make it work.  The bathroom has a water leakage from the basin tap every time you open it,  i requested a mop but they don't have. The bed area has no plugs, never seen anything like it.  Only two to the side of the wall blocked by the bedside table.  There are all sort of noises at night by bad actors here. People high on pot slamming doors at 2 am, creepy noises from toilet piping, night insects, you name it.  Today I came through the front door and was asked rudely "where are you going", well excuse me I'm PAYING for  a room here.  This people don't care about you,  they don't respect you.  I've also found my room was not serviced today and i suspect it won't be during my full stay here. This is really a bad place,  I regret having chosen this pseudo hotel, avoid like the plague. There are many places with better attitude where you do get a service. There's none here. This is basically a POTHOUSE, for people who want to smoke lots of grass cause it absolutely reeks of it. It's not a hotel,  not professional,  not serious.  Thumbs down Agoda predators
