    My train was cancelled and I couldn't go to my next stop, which was at least 3-hour drive long. Travelling alone as a foreign traveller, I was so helpless and could only ask for the help from the front desk staff. They helped me call the other hotel and car company for cancelling my booking. I understand few Japanese in Shikoku (let alone Kochi) understand English but they try their best to help me sort it out. Without their help, I must be so exasperated. As a sidenote, the breakfast here was marvellous as well :) I seldom leave review but I would just love to express my gratitude towards the staff here.

    Great hotel with fantastic staff. A bit far from train station but on tramway and bus route. Good rooms and spotlessly clean

    The staff could not have been more helpful, friendly and professional. The hotel is new, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I unfortunately dod not have any meals but they look amazing. Location is near the castle but also on a tram route that takes you easily to the Kochi station. Would definitely stay again.
