Location wise the hotel is located at the centre where everything is very near, restaurants, attractions and supermarkets. There was just an incident that the staff was kind of rude when we asked for slippers and we asked why the housekeeping didnt clean our room instead just changed the towel. We’d recommend that they should be more concern with the cleanliness to ensure repeat guests.

Located overlooking France Square and within a short distance of all the sites,restaurants and bars. Room I had was windowless but that wasn't an issue to me. Room was large, clean and well decorated. Fridge and hairdryer are provided as well as a range of personal accessories. Bed was very comfortable. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was more than adequate with eggs meat and cheese, yoghurt, juice etc. The room are split into a couple of buildings but I did not find this a problem. The bus 201 from the airport stops approximately 600m away. If you are taking tours with one way tours they start from about 5 minutes walk away. In general comfortable hotel, great staff and a great location for seeing Yerevan and the rest of Armenia.

Extremely Disappointing Experience on My Last Day in Yerevan
I’m writing to express my deep disappointment with the experience I had at your hotel, which completely ruined the last day of my trip to Yerevan.
The breakfast I had this morning(cheese was very not good) it made me extremely ill—so much so that I spent the entire day in the bathroom with food poisoning. This was not only physically miserable but also incredibly frustrating, considering it was my final day in the city. Instead of enjoying my time or saying a proper goodbye to Yerevan, I was stuck sick in the toilet because of unsafe food served by your kitchen for breakfast.
To make matters worse, when I asked to use a W/C (which I know exists in the lobby/common areas), I was told there was none available. This added unnecessary stress to an already horrible day. I can’t understand why a basic request like this would be denied to a paying guest.
I chose your hotel expecting reliability and comfort, but instead, I ended up sick, inconvenienced, and completely let down. I hope you take responsibility for this and ensure no other guest has to go through such an experience.
