    The place offers reliable Wi-Fi and is easy to walk to from Redmond Station and easy to get around with shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful but, the check in process and experience was terrible. They charge a $200 deposit and a $94 mandatory cleaning fee which is just way over the top. I left the room clean and tidy with nothing out of place. It definitely didn't warrant a $94 cleaning charge for one nights stay! The shower curtain had mold on it and as I don't wear shoes inside, I found my socks were soiled pretty badly from the floor not being as clean as it should be. The air conditioning kept turning off and would only point towards the ceiling instead of the floor and the dishes and cutlery were not clean even though a dishwasher was there to clean dishes. All in all not a place I would want to go back to considering I've stayed 102 nights in hotels the past 120 days. The place needs a bit of attention to make it back into an enjoyable stay.
