    One suite the grand helped me for an unforgettable proposal for both of us. Been contacting with Ryo for months in proposal planning, the room decoration and other arrangement. Ryo is a very responsible person who provides professional advice to me throughout the whole proposal project. Words cannot express my heartfelt thanks to him. Turns out he is able to well realize my request in room decoration! For the hotel: Well located on kouri island(love island) Decent architecture of the hotel Spectacular sea view from the room and hotel Great hospitality of every staff Thoughtful staff taking care of every details on your stay Highly recommended for surprising your partner and create a memorable moment

    The service is top notch. Everyone was super friendly and receptive to requests. There’s a valet service for your car if you bring one, and I recommend you do, because options on the island are limited. The road to get to the hotel is a bit rough but it’s totally worth it for the pristine views you get at the top of the hill. Biggest downsides were the food, which is very expensive, without many reasonably priced options, and the construction that was happening when we were there, which wasn’t too noisy, but made the view from the room slightly worse.

    A great hotel with amazing view from the hotel. The pool view is also amazing, great for couple for a romantic getaway. The location is a bit further inside kouri island and the road towards the hotel is a bit challenging if you are driving a big car. Abit inaccessible if you are not driving. However overall is still a good stay.

    My wife and I and her 84 yr old father stayed for one night. First of all, the hotel failed to mention there is construction of a new building just 50 yards away from our rooms. There was constant noise all day so we were not able to open our balcony doors to enjoy the ocean breeze. We asked for a room change and they refused, telling us the hotel is fully booked! For a high end property the lack of advanced communication to notify guests of the construction + noise reflects poor management and if we had known about the construction we would have canceled our stay and booked another property. Additionally, there was no elevator to help the elderly navigate the two flights of stairs to the hotel rooms. This unfortunately is no fault of the staff, just something all guests should be made aware of if they are considering bringing someone elderly. Other than that, the rooms were immaculate and clean, and the service was great.
