    If you’re planning to stay at One El Nido Suite, I strongly suggest that you reconsider. Our experience was very disappointing, and I honestly would not recommend this hotel at all. As a group, we encountered several inconveniences during our stay that caused unnecessary stress instead of allowing us to fully enjoy our vacation and explore El Nido peacefully. First, the room we originally booked was suddenly unavailable because the air conditioning was reportedly broken. Because of this, some of our companions had to be transferred to different rooms. To make matters worse, one of the replacement rooms was only suitable for one person, even though our booking clearly specified a request for two single beds. Second, the air conditioning in the rooms was extremely weak. Even when set to 16°C, the room barely got cold, making our stay very uncomfortable. Third, on the third day of our stay, the buffet breakfast was changed to a plated breakfast because they said there were only a few guests staying at the hotel. Guests should not have to adjust when we specifically paid for a buffet breakfast service. Lastly, we were only informed during check-out that there was an additional breakfast charge for a 10-year-old child. We would not have had an issue paying if this had been properly communicated during check-in. Unfortunately, it felt like a hidden charge due to the lack of transparency. We ended up paying ₱300 per day for 4 days, totaling ₱1,200. Overall, the poor communication, uncomfortable accommodations, and multiple inconveniences ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. We will definitely not be coming back, and this hotel truly deserves a 1-star rating.
