    Nice and cozy property located in the hills. It’s a peaceful stay and staff is very supportive and great at hospitality. Mobile/wifi network is a challenge. So TV doesn’t work due to poor connectivity.

    Extremely unhappy and disappointed with the stay at one earth. Would never recommend anyone to go to this place.. I booked 2 plunge pool rooms, but they provided only one plunge pool between 2 rooms. The plunge pool was extremely dirty , definitely not cleaned for 1-2 months, and on continuous complains they cleaned in the night and filled tanker water. There were in total 5-6 staff ONLY in the entire property,who were handling reception, house keeping ,restaurant service ,in room dining service .. majority of the food items in the menu was not available. The property was fully booked during Diwali and it was a complete chaos ,there were continuous fights between guests and the staff for bad service , bad quality of food ,many times no food, it was terrible. The hotel people didn't have napkins ,bathroom mat, straws and list can go on and on and on .. Please avoid this place .. and if u dont ,u will be petrified ...
