Omena Call Support helped me to get my check-in link and access code. I had not received any access code or check-in link, which are the most important and usually sent by SMS. Agoda have registered their own phone number(chinese country code) for my reservation that is why I encountered difficulty to get into the hotel. My English is poor but the operator kindly helped me. I will never use Agoda anymore even I am a diamond member, because they do completely wrong for this kind of unmanned hotel.

During my recent stay in **Room 327 (3rd floor)** at Omena Hotels Jyväskylä, several problems were reported but **not resolved** despite urgent requests:
1. **Curtain Maintenance:** The curtain was found detached and required remounting. **No action was taken.**
2. **Cleaning Standards:** The room was not thoroughly cleaned, even after a formal request.
3. **Towel Replacement:** Used towels were not replaced with fresh ones as needed.
4. **Window Access:** The windows remained locked due to the absence of an access key, preventing ventilation.
5. **AC Malfunction:** The air conditioning unit only provided cold air, with no heating function available.
