Pros: Hotel staff Kristine is friendly and luckily upgraded us to a suite. The room is nice, bug, has balcony and cozy. The toilet has a bidet and bath tub. Complete toiletries, kettle, small fridge, big smart tv. The hotel has a lift, good wifi connection and the breakfast is good.
Cons: If u have a car, u have to park at ur own risk on the side of the street only. The ac is not cold, although we informed the staff but didn’t do anything but since the weather is not too hot, we opened the balcony door at night to have some breeze in the room. On our 2nd day, the staff opened our door and luckily i heard the door so they got shocked that they opened a wrong room. Although he apologised, i hope they check the correct room number before they open any door as for the guests privacy.
Overall, our stay is nice.
