    Issues - smoke alarm was beeping and instead of replacing the battery, staff simply removed the whole unit and said they would deal with it tomorrow ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ. Carpets either needed a good deep clean or replaced - stained and just looked dirty. Shower needed a good solid clean - mould growing in the grout. Instead of fixing the broken tile, a piece of wood filled the hole. The microwaved had to be moved closer to the tv to get power to it,. If youโ€™re looking to have toast/reheat food and boil water, you would have to wait as only one power outlet for all three items. The bed was fitted with an electric blanket, however the power switch wasnโ€™t turned on and my partner had already fallen asleep, and the whole bed needed to be moved to turn on the power. Heater/air con, could be replaced as the unit was old and difficult to use as the buttons where worn down that much, the rubber had come off and you where touching an internal switch. Towels had bleach stains as they were not your typical nice white extra large bath towels, they were red and some of the smallest sizes I have ever seen in a very long time. Only one extra pillow was in the storage cupboard and no extra blanket. Good parts - bed was good to sleep on, pillows were comfortable, the couch was a nice extra to sit at plus a round table with chairs to eat on was also a nice touch. Shower had the BEST water pressure I hav experienced in a very long time, that was a huge bonus after a long day of driving. Free parking right up to your room. And room cost was also good, especially considering it was school holidays and weekend rate, *** for a couple. Would stay again, however I would bring extra pillows as I sleep with four pillows and I enjoy the weight of an extra blanket during winter.

    Smallest room I've had in Victoria. Tight parking. Busy and loud street. Over stayed a couple nights due to illness and staff were understanding despite me paying late on app. Got many Itchy bites on the top of my back and upper arms. Maybe bugs on the chair or bed.. I've only ever had these travelling Asia.
