    ​I recently stayed at your property from 25th sep to 26th sep ockean de goa. I am writing to share how much I enjoyed my stay. ​A few highlights from my visit: ​The front desk team was warm and welcoming, especially, who went above and beyond during check-in. ​Room & Amenities: The room was immaculate, comfortable, and well-maintained. breakfast,The breakfast spread was exceptional. ​Thank you for making my stay so pleasant. I look forward to returning on my next trip to ockean de goa for sure

    I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. There was a honeybee in my room (Room 106), and when I requested a room change, the staff told me that no alternative room was available, even though rooms were still showing as available on Agoda. It felt like they might have preferred direct bookings rather than accommodating an existing guest. The room maintenance was also extremely poor. The curtains were dirty, a switch was broken, and the fridge was not working. These basic issues should have been addressed before assigning the room to a guest. The breakfast was another disappointment, with very limited options. Overall, the room condition, maintenance, and customer service were far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel unless they seriously improve their room maintenance, cleanliness, and guest service.
