The staff was very friendly and they are in a great location. For a romantic get away this is a great spot. Beds could have been softer for us and a topper would really make a difference. Water pressure could have been stronger. Pool is great and breakfast had pretty much whatever you could want. Love the steamer and the bathing suit dryer so you aren’t putting a wet bathing suit in your bag. Had a trolly to go downtown but we didn’t use it. Close to restaurants we chose caps and it was amazing sunset.

Took a trip to the Everglades and was looking for something simple for a one night stay on the trip home.This was PERFECT..Will definitely plan a visit to utilize this hotel again

Ice machine needs cleaning. A dark speck came out with ice. Perhaps mold? And after all ice melted other particles were in ice bucket from melted ice. Dust and hair on sliding bathroom door. Dust on bed headboards. They Wanted to charge $50. For parking at check-in. HVAC unit blows air on you, waking me up several times during the night. Floor in lobby, grout is missing from tile floor. This place is simply a 3 star hotel with a good location, yet more improvements could be done. Perhaps reinstall HVAC unit higher on wall so air is not flowing onto guests.
