    Place was not maintained very dirty. We had a room with door to patio and into pool area. We could not get the door to open afterwards several attempts went to desk she came to our room said pull really hard and twist to unlock. She left my husband went out the door she opened. He came back after looking around (the handle on the patio side to come back in the room) broke off I'm his hand. We were unable to lock the patio door or close it completely during our our stay. Room which was a suite very dirty as well as outside patio, hall and pool area. 2 tvs one remote TV in living room line through screen. Microwave in room was missing as it was broken. Hotel staff was nice We don't feel other than the dirtiness of room and areas are responsible for the disrepair of the hotel

    Hot water wasnt working. Sofa bed was hard as sleeping on wood. They didnt refund any of the costs and didnt really care that our room didnt work well w my wheelchair
