    We had a good stay here. We were provided with two way airport transfers too. The only negative thing we experienced was them accusing two of us irrationally for staying the night without paying, which didn’t happen. We just came to drop our friends off but they rudely called us off for staying the night there. Other than that everything was alright. Location was convenient and close by for airport.

    Stayed here recently and can't say enough good things. From the start staff were incredibly friendly spoke perfect English and the free airport pickup was smooth. The hotel itself was spotless, warm, and the location was perfect. What really matters At 1 AM one of my family members spiked a high fever and became very sick. We asked staff for help getting to a hospital. One staff member immediately took us there stayed until 3 AM translating for us and even paid the bill because we only had euros. He told us to pay him back later. When we got back he went to the pharmacy to get medicine and brought soup. He stayed up with us until 4 AM to make sure we were okay. The next day he gave us late checkout at 2 PM instead of 12 PM so we could rest. I've never experienced service like this. This is not just hospitality this is genuine human kindness. 5 stars isn't enough. Thank you for taking care of us when we needed it most

    very clean very hospitable fantastic pickup and drop off... don't Think Twice book now. There is a lovely cafe called As sweet corner rest. Traditional dishes

    We stayed at Nur Sena's apartment for 2 nights. Everything went well, the airport transfer was very convenient, staff were polite and friendly.
