⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) I booked a room at Hotel Noxx Residency with high expectations, hoping for a comfortable and relaxing stay. In fact, I had booked the room well in advance that morning to avoid any last-minute issues at night. We checked in at around 9:00 PM because we had only planned to stay overnight, get a good night's rest, and check out the next morning. Unfortunately, despite spending less than 12 hours at the hotel, it turned out to be one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, there was no assistance from the reception to help us with our luggage or guide us to the room. While I managed it myself, it certainly wasn't the welcome I expected. As soon as we entered the room, we noticed an unpleasant smell that made the atmosphere uncomfortable. After settling in, we realised the floor was dirty, and to our shock, cockroaches were running around the room. The bed was no better. The bedsheet looked like it had already been used and simply readjusted, as we found small hairs on it, which made us question the overall hygiene standards. The bathroom was also in poor condition. The jet spray had almost no water pressure and was leaking continuously. There was no dental kit provided, even though it is considered a basic amenity. We had booked the room for two guests, yet only one bath towel was provided, and there wasn't even a hand towel. Another disappointment was that there was no tea/coffee maker in the room. When we requested a room change because of the unhygienic conditions, the receptionist simply refused, saying there were no vacant rooms and that we would have to adjust. We then requested an electric kettle along with tea and coffee sachets. Although they eventually provided one, the kettle was so dirty that it was disgusting to even look at. We didn't use it at all. The attached photos clearly show its condition. At 8:45 AM, I received a call. I genuinely expected it to be a reminder about breakfast, as many good hotels do. Instead, it was only to remind me that my checkout time was 10:00 AM. I then had to call both the reception and room service to ask about breakfast end timings, only to receive two different answers—one said 10:00 AM, another said 10:30 AM, whereas the booking confirmation clearly mentioned breakfast would be available until 11:00 AM. When we finally reached the breakfast area, most of the food items had already run out. We were told they would be refilled shortly, which wasn't a major issue. The breakfast menu was also quite limited, but that was still manageable. The biggest disappointment was that we booked this hotel only for a peaceful night's stay, expecting to relax after a long day. Instead, we spent the night feeling uncomfortable because of the poor cleanliness and hygiene. We checked out at around 9:45 AM, simply because we couldn't wait to leave. The attached photos speak for themselves—dirty kettle, unhygienic room conditions, and even cockroaches. Overall, my experience at Hotel Noxx Residency was extremely disappointing and completely below expectations. Poor cleanliness, lack of basic amenities, inconsistent information from the staff, and an indifferent attitude towards guest concerns made this a truly unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and hassle-free hotel experience. There are far better options available at the same price.
