    Door man did not assist us with our luggage when we arrived. He just watched us struggle with our heavy bags. Reception was not welcoming.

    I stayed here for multiple nights and was generally pleased with the room and the service. The staff were kind and attentive, although one day they started housekeeping around 8am. I would stay here again.

    The room is spacious and clean, with good wi-fi and heating system. I needed early check-in as my flight got into Lima around 7am, and I was able to get in the room for free by joining the membership program.
