We booked one of the pool villas on the beach, which is a fantastic and would highly recommend the pool villa. The down side is that the grounds ie the beach in front of the pool villas was a big let down, rubbish on the beach that was there on our arrival and was still there when we left, don’t know how long it has been there, but attention to details matter. Also food was very disappointing for us, cold eggs off a menu food order which they did a fresh one that was burnt, what was already an expensive menu they added service charge and tax on top. No wonder the restaurant was nearly empty, we never ate again there. Breakfast which was included was good. It’s just a shame details matter.

อยากฝากถึงผู้บริหารโรงแรม ปกติเข้าพักโรงแรมตามเกาะแทบจะทุกโรงแรมมักจะมีรถให้บริการรับส่งแขกระหว่างที่พักและท่าเรือ โดยเฉพาะโรงแรมเชนใหญ่ๆแบบโนโวเทลยิ่งควรมี แต่ที่นี่มีให้บริการแค่2รอบ คือ10.30,15.30 ซึ่งมันไม่ make sense มากๆ โดยเฉพาะตอน check-out เที่ยง แต่คุณไม่มีรถไปส่งแขกที่ท่าเรือ เพราะคุณอ้างว่าไม่มีคนขับรถ คนขับรถถูกโยกไปขับเรือ speed boat รับส่งแขกแทน ยิ่งรู้สึกแย่ไปใหญ่ เหมือนคุณจะให้บริการแต่สิ่งที่คุณได้เงินเพิ่ม แต่แขกที่ check-out แล้วก็ไม่สนใจแล้วงั้นหรอ ฝากไว้ให้คิดค่ะ
