Novella Tagaytay

Overall Experience at Novela Tagaytay We had a lovely and relaxing stay at Novela Tagaytay, and overall, we appreciated the serene, nature-inspired atmosphere of the property. Staff – 10/10 ⭐️ The staff truly stood out. Everyone we encountered was warm, accommodating, courteous, and genuinely pleasant. Their hospitality made our stay feel very welcoming, and we sincerely appreciated the excellent service. Place & Ambiance – 8/10 ⭐️ During the day, the property was beautifully peaceful and relaxing. We especially enjoyed the greenery and the feeling of being surrounded by nature, which made it a lovely place to unwind and escape from the usual city atmosphere. One area that could be improved is the enforcement of quiet hours. During our stay, there were guests who continued partying, shouting, and making considerable noise around the pool late into the night, well within sleeping hours. While we completely understand that guests come to enjoy and celebrate, having clearer and more consistently enforced quiet-hour guidelines would help preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the property and allow other guests to rest comfortably. Room – 7/10 ⭐️ The room itself was comfortable, but we did notice an unpleasant smell coming from the pillows. This would be worth looking into, perhaps by ensuring that pillows and linens are thoroughly freshened or checked before each guest’s arrival. Overall: We genuinely enjoyed the beautiful and relaxing setting, and the exceptional warmth of the staff was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. With a little more attention to nighttime noise management and room freshness, Novela could offer an even more polished and restful experience for its guests.

With the cost of the room, facilities should be provided such as kettle and TV. Considering the location food should be available for the guests not only on a weekend.
