    The Normandy is obviously a great hotel for Glasgow Airport but the rooms and facilities are excellent.

    The lady at the front desk was extremely mean. And she gave me The key to my room, and when I went up there, it hadn't even been cleaned yet. From the previous person yet, it was past my check-in time. The lady downstairs at the front desk, let's just say I would never go there again. I would have walked right out and left somewhere else. But I didn't have anywhere else to go. Go somewhere else.
