    Disappointed by breakfast hot food was lukewarm only downside to our stay. Hotel staff and facilities were excellent

    The hotel is based close to the airport which was a good location but 40mins bus journey to central Glasgow. Overall the hotel is very tired and overpriced. Due to commonwealth games happening. I had a leak in my bathroom which I reported but it wasn’t looked at. My room wasn’t cleaned daily, which I expected for the price I paid. The room also had an strange odour and had to keep the window opened at all times. Due to the games there wasn’t a lot of choice of hotels at reasonable prices, otherwise I would have moved. The stafff was lovely. No complaints there. The hotel needs an entire facelift. The bed head was peeling, the furniture had missing cabinet doors and wood furniture was scratched. A very duvet basic hotel and could be improved with some money invested in it.
