    We stayed at Nordic Resort from 12–14 October, primarily for our children to enjoy the private swimming pool. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. Although check-in was advertised as 3 PM, the resort insisted on 4 PM. Yet, even at 4 PM, the swimming pool was not ready! There was literally a pipe inside the pool filling it with water when we arrived. Apparently, four hours between check-out and check-in were still not enough to prepare the villa. On 13 October, we left at 10 AM and returned at 6 PM. Nothing had been cleaned, the beds were unmade, towels unchanged, garbage uncollected, and the pool still inadequately filled. Reception told us housekeeping must be specifically requested, which is extremely unusual for a premium resort. Despite repeated complaints, the pool remained at an insufficient water level for comfortable adult swimming. Astonishingly, the maintenance team finally arrived at 10 AM on 14 October, just two hours before our check-out, offering to fill the pool! What was the point when we were already leaving? I have attached photographs showing the pool’s condition and the filling pipe. Mr. Syed at reception was polite and apologetic, but unfortunately, nothing was resolved. The resort is extremely strict about check-in and check-out, yet fails to ensure its own facilities are ready for paying guests. For the premium amount charged, the service was unacceptable. We paid for a relaxing family holiday but spent our time chasing basic housekeeping and pool maintenance. Very poor value for money. We will not return.

    The villa was big good for big family with ok price not very clean and i had issue with check in they made wait until 7:30 pm for cleaning
