    This was one of my worst stays ever. The owner/ manager was so unloving and evil. Went there with my elderly mother and it was raining so heavily. We were early and the rooms were all empty. Housekeeping done. We requested for an early checkin and said we will pay more just so my mum could rest her legs after 15 hours of flight. She unlovingly refused and asked us to wait in the rain outside. There were no shops around the area as well so we just set around like some homeless people until the check in time. May she learn to be more kind and humane. We got wet and sick that night It was out 1st day at Japan and this being our first proper interection with people was so bad and made us feel so negative about things. Really sad and bad experience. The place was dirty. There are no sheets just bedding. Never ever go there. Spend lil more money and have a good stay.
