Really nice and big room with a royal sea view ! Breakfast was super, personnel was very efficient. Stuff was knowledgeable about the area and really eager to help. We can not thank them enough for handling our unexpected departure in a very caring way.

We found Nikki Beach Hotel to be overpriced for the experience provided. The location is undoubtedly a highlight and the room itself was spacious and nicely decorated, offering a comfortable environment to relax in.
However, despite these positives, the overall service was far from what you’d expect from a supposed 5-star hotel. The staff seemed indifferent, with slow responses to requests and a noticeable lack of warmth. The cleaning service was inconsistent, with several areas of the room clearly neglected during our stay. For the high price we paid, I expected a much higher standard of hospitality and attention to detail. This was certainly not 5-star service, and I wouldn’t consider it good value for money.
