    They are disgusting people. I paid for accommodation, spoke to a staff as to me arriving in Adelaide from NSW late and also much later at the facility, they said no problem only for me to get there with facility closed. I called and someone picked up and I explained that I have paid and have also indicated I will arrive late only for him to tell me that he just shut down the front desk computer and was ready to come out so he can't help me. I stood on the call trying to explain and even plead for him to just let me in since I've paid already and he was coming out with the security as he said, he rather got upset and started cursing on the phone. I waited out in the cold for almost 15 more minutes and saw him come out with the security but will not let me in because I am late in arriving. I had to sleep outside in the cold because of this terrible and horrible people. This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life. It is the worst place to be.

    We’ve chosen this hotel because of its location. It’s just a few minute-drive to Lyell McEwin Hospital (we’re visiting a family member). We arrived at the hotel a bit earlier (past 12nn) and asked one of the staff if we could check-in a bit earlier because my husband wasn’t feeling very well. But told us, we need to check-in at 2pm. I didn’t insist anymore, but they could have been more considerate. Though, we still had a nice stay.

    The room had no window to see through, as it was painted out. The bathroom is SO tiny that I could not move in it. Three of the lights were not working, two bed lights were broken, and the overhead downlight was flickering constantly. The shower had strong water pressure and heat, but the bathroom flooded afterwards, with water spreading across the floor because the shower recess is not sealed properly. The bed was not made properly, as the bottom sheet wasn't smooth or flattened out. A disappointing stay for the high price charged.
