    I called the hotel to see if they would match Agoda's room rate and they couldn't. I booked it with them. The shower was not wheelchair accessible there is a barrier into it The shower head was not adjustable it was mounted high on the wall near the ceiling. 4 days without a shower. The toilet was not accessible from my wheelchair for me to make a transfer on to it. The bed was so high I almost fell every time I was either getting in or out of the bed. There were only a couple handicap parking spots and NONE for a wheelchair van. If you are not wheelchair bound and only have a small disability it would be a nice hotel. The staff was very nice. I told and showed Christy the hotel manager my concerns.
